The perfect BBQ for your meeting, event or party — Pecos Pit catering packages are available for 20-200 people and come with your choice of two or three Pecos Slow Roasted Wood Smoked Meats (Brisket, Pork, Chicken or Hot Links). Packages available are $15 per person for two meats, $20 per person for three meats. All meals include your Pecos favorite sides, Pit Beans, Best Potato Salad Ever, Coleslaw, Bob's Famous Blue Cheese Dressing and Wickles Spicy Pickles. We'll handle the food, which for you means less work, and more kudos. Please allow for a 24-hour notice on all catering orders

Pecos Pit in West Seattle is now offering DAILY SPECIALS! We are serving Slow Roasted Wood Smoked, Pork Spare Ribs and Smoked Giant Turkey Legs at our West Seattle location daily. Every day we have Genuine Slow Smoked Wood Roasted™ chopped pork butt, chopped or sliced beef brisket or sliced chicken sandwiches in Classic, Mini and Sliders with mild, medium or "damn hot" barbecue sauce. Options allow you to add onions, cheese, extra sauce, cole slaw, pickles and more. Make your next party amazing! Don't forget you can pick up bulk meats: chicken, pork and beef as well as bulk sides in the drive through.

Hours and Opening

Pecos Pit in West Seattle is open Sunday -Thursday 11am to 9pm and Friday, Saturday 11am to 10pm. Parking is available in our lot, located through the alley, behind the 7-11. Look for the big red banner. The original Pecos Pit on 1st ave in Sodo is open 11am-4pm Monday - Friday and closed on weekends.
